There are a couple of key things that set our certification and programs apart from the others you've probably seen offered.

The first and perhaps most important differentiator is that the SuccessCOACHING program was built and is delivered by former Customer Success leaders who possess a wealth of experience and a background of leading and training CS teams. 

Make no mistake, operational experience (actually doing the job) in a variety of industries and company sizes is critical when it comes to teaching you what works. The second key difference is that we are continuously improving and updating our curriculum. It's like painting the Golden Gate Bridge. The job is never done. We update, improve and expand our curriculum on a regular basis.

Why is this important? Simply put, if you're looking at material that was developed even as recently as two years ago, certain aspects of it are probably outdated and not best practice any longer.
