Yes. All of our certifications expire after two years.

I know that your next question is going to be...Why?

It's simple. The practice of Customer Success is constantly changing. What works now is no doubt going to be superseded by newer, better methods in the future.

We expire our certifications and require you to re-certify every 2 years to ensure that your knowledge is current and that our certification continues to mean that you have gotten the best education available.

This is why we invest so much time in constantly updating our materials and courses. We don't want it to get stale.

The same thing applies to you. We expire our certifications and require you to re-certify every two years to ensure that your knowledge is current and that our certification continues to mean that you have gotten the best education available.

Does this mean that you have to take the course over again? No.

We require that you take the latest version of the certification exam for each level you are certified in so that we can validate that you're still current on best practices.

We're very serious about keeping the quality of our certifications high, and this is one of the ways we maintain the quality of the credential.
