SuccessCOACHING is interactive and guided by a live coach over 12 weeks; the other option we offer is Self-Paced, which is self-guided and paced by the learner.
Like all of our training, both use our standard CCSM curriculum and feature your certification, but the learning experience differs for each.
We offer our 12-week hybrid SuccessCOACHING session for either CCSM Level 1 or 2, which combines on-demand courses with a weekly 1-hour live coaching call with one of our experienced instructors.

Focus
Each SuccessCOACHING program only focuses on a specific level of our CSM certification program. Whereas the All-Access Bundle (the full subscription, the Launch version only gives access to Level 1) gives you access to all levels of training as soon as you subscribe.
Interactivity
When we say that SuccessCOACHING is interactive, we highlight that you have a dedicated coach for the duration of the course. In addition, you can interact with the other members of your cohort in each live group session. This enables you to ask questions about applying what you've learned and how it can be applied in other organizations and scenarios. This is key as learning is only half the battle; learning how to use your new knowledge daily is critical to getting true value from the course.
